The County does not have an_y procedtmes regard� lot splits �:, � only procedtmes are �tYiase established by tfie loca.l co�muni- ties. The only probl�n with the lot split is the c�some situation it will ca.use the Assessuig Offices regarding valuation, etc. 'I'he best resolve wnuld be to annex Lpt 24 with Fridley. ^.nne�tion forms must be completed by the Council. You may desire to have Virg handle the proceedit�gs . I discussed the possibility of annexing Lots 22 arid 23, ?sssissippi Qaks, together with L�ots 14-17, �u.ditors Subdivision No. 103 Revised, �th Gaylord Atdinger, Coon Rapids City A,ssessar, and he was very receptive. F:e felt the above mentioned properties should rea.11y be in Fridley an,yU:�.y. Perhaps if all these lots were annexed they could be combined in a re-glat, which would dedica,te sireets to aceo�nodate the land locked or limited access property in Auditors �ubdivision No. 103.
