Dear Mr. Glark,
� wanted to.write to -thank you for your timely
response in regard to my telephone call.
My husband and I expressed eur concern o�ter future
possible water drainage problems resu.Iti,r�g from the
new'construction next door to us. A water problem
could develop since the home was proposed to be�built
at 2� feet above curb level while o�r home is at_only
8 inc�:es abov� curb level.
We think that the agreement reached by yourself, us,
and Toi�n Brickner, whereby Brickner Bu3lders would lower
the home about l� course, which would bring it to
appraximately 1� fGet above curb level, should prove to
be satisfactory. T also helieve that the option you
suggested for the builder to gutte� the side of the
� garage so;that �t.would drain to the front would be
`extremely helpful.

The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or
structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
