Upon receipt of two applications for manufactured home installation permits, we are reminded of
the setback requirements for manufactured homes. I had discussed these requirements with
someone representing the newly-formed cooperative a few months ago, but am unsure if the
code information has been relayed to the correct authority. Please make note of the setback
requirements listed in the attached R-4 code for manufactured homes.
I will ask the Building Official to attach a copy of this notice to the permits in addition to
sending this original notice to you. If you have any questions about the code requirements, please
