The work to be performed on the above address is briefly outlined in this letter.
1) Main bathroom --- remove tile from walls, repair sheetrock, change shower valve to
pressure balancing valve, install solid surface to the tub surround and the bathroom walls
up approximately 40"from the floor, Paint walls and ceiling. Vanity and vanity top to
remain as is.
2) Install additional electric outlet near the garage door opener to eliminate extension
cord.
3) Install 2 recessed light fixtures in the soffit in front of the garage to add lighting to the
front of the ouse.
4) Add additional insulation to the ceiling of the garage, between the living space
above and the garage below. Insulation to be dense pack cellulose in the joist cavities,
which would fill the cavities and create approximately an r-30 in the floor. Any
sheetrock removed, would be reinstalled and taped.
5) Supply additional blown-in insulation over the top of the existing insulation. Probably
going to add another 6" of cellulose insulation in the attic.
6) Install beige colored aluminum wrap over the brickmold around the windows and
doors that need to be wrapped.
7) Supply/ install aluminum soffit and fascia.
8) Remove siding from the back and sides of house, and the two small areas on front
over bedrooms. Install housewrap to back and sides. Supply/ install • lap
siding in the back and sides of the house and the two small areas of the front. �
