A RESOLUTIOII RENAMING SCOTT DRIVE
WHEREAS, Scott Drive, i-n the Juli -Ann Addition to the
the City of i,ridley is carried by the Post Office Department
on the records as Alden +:7'av, and,
WTIRREAS, The change of street name from Scott Drive
to Alden 'r'ay has not been registered at Anoka County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that
Section 1. Scott Drive in the Juli -Ann Addition
hereafter will be named, and known
as, Alden Way.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby uirected to re-
gister said change of street name with
the proper authorities for Anoka County.

RESOLUTION NO. 11 - 1960
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLAN, SPECIFI-
CATIONS AM ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows: -
1. That it anpears in the interest of the City and the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurtenances
in the following lands and along the following streets:
1. Channel Road from Highway 65 East one block.
b. SE74ER LATERALS, service connections, and appurtenances,
in the following lands and along the following streets:
1. In the area described in paragraph a., Subdivision
(1) above.
That the firm of Comstock & Davis, Inc., is hereby authorized
and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications and to tabu-
late the results of his or their estimates of the costs of said im-
provements, and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings
to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience.
