A RE90LUTION ORDERING PRELDIINARY PLANS, SPECIFI-
CATIONS AND E�TIMATES CF THE COST THEREOF: (STORM
SEWER - JACKSON STREET AND 66TH AVENUE NORTHEAST)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed cer-
tain improvements, to -wit:
a. STORM SEWER and appurtenances in the following lands:
1. 64th Avenuer Northeast; "i- ackcon to Able Street,
Jackson Street from Bennett Drive to Clover
Place, 66th Avenue Northeast, Jackson Street
to Able Street from 64th Avenue Northeast, to
200 feet north of Mississippi Street.
That the firm of Comstock and Davis, Inc., is hereby author-
ized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications
