originally nroposed, corrected and amended
and adopted by the City of Fridley on the hth day of October

der said budget, is and will be, when cowputed in accordance
with law, in excess of the normal City Charter limit of thirty

able and to the best interest of the City in order to provide
for the proper operation of the business and functions of the
City during the year 1961, to exceed such normal City Charter
tax levy limit, and to levy taxes thereof sufficient to provide
the monies necessary to the operation of the business of the
City in accordance with said budget.
