RESOLUTION NO. 73 -1962
A RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized
certain expenditures for Improvement Projects W -23 and
1958 Street, and,
WHEREAS, bonds have been issued and sold for the above
noted improvement projects, and,
WHEREAS, these temporary bonds have now been redeemed
leaving a deficit in the above noted funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
City of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 6th
day of August, 1962, that funds W -23 Sinking and 1958 Street
Sinking be consolidated with the Revolving Fund.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied
with respect to certain land and said land has been subsequently
subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described
parcel, to -wit: Lots 25, 269 27, Block 6, Florence Park Addition
and the South 20' of Lot 28, Block 6, Florence Park Addition, may
