RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED
AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR COLLECTION !dITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1972
WHEREAS, A nuisance condition has been found to exist on the
lot listed below,
- WHEREAS, The owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, The owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23, Minnesota
State Statute of 1953, did therefore abate the nuisance at a total
cost of $80.76.
NON, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection
with Lhe taxes payable in 1972, the charge as listed below:
Plat 57235 Parcel 560, Lot 14, Block 1, Ostman's 3rd Add. $80.76
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
18TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1971.
