RESOLUTION NO.4- 1999
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR
A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT
FOR TOTINO-GRACE HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has been served with a copy of an Application for a Minnesota
Lawful Gambling Premise Permit for Totino-Grace High School,and
WHEREAS, the location of the Premise Permit is for Sharx Club, 3720 East River Road, and will
be effective from April 1, 1999 to March 31,2001,and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has not found any reason to restrict the location for the charitable
gambling operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves
the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Premise Permit Application for the Totino-Grace High School for
Sharx Club located at 3720 East River Road.
