RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 1999 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
WHEREAS,by resolution passed by the City Council on the 20th Day of September 1999,the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of Nuisance Abatement; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been
completed and filed in her office for public inspection.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the Fridley Municipal Center in the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota on the 11t Day of October, 1999 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment
for:
1999 NUISANCE ABATEMENT
2. The City Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the
City at least two(2)weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER 1999.
