RESOLUTION NO. 17-1963
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BOND
IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAWS OF 1957, CHAPTER 385
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
THAT WHEREAS It has heretofore been determined by this Council to issue
temporary improvement bonds in order to provide the necessary funds for the
III construction and payment of expenses relative to the following improvement
projects to wit: Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project #59 as per
plans and specifications approved by the -City Council; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that there is at the present time an
amount in excess of $21,000.00 in the following fund, to wit:
which sum will not be required for other purposes prior to January 2, 1965.
IT IS THEREFORE determined to be in the interest of the City of Fridley
that the sum of $21,000.00 of Regular Special Assessment Fund (sinking account)
BE INVESTED as authorized by law and in accordance therewith it is
hereby determined to purchase the sum of $21,000.00 of the aforementioned
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project #59 Bonds (Series "A") temporary
issued under date of January 2, 1963
UPON their initial issuance in accordance with the provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.091, 1471.56 and 175,66, out of the funds in
Regular Special Assessment Fund (sinking Account) and on behalf of said
fund at par and accrued interest as of the date of delivery of said bonds
and completion of such sale; it being further determined to be reasonable
and advantageous to Sinking Account of the Regular Special Assessment Fund
to invest in said temporary improvement bonds and to be reasonable and
advantageous to the City to sell said temporary improvement bond to the
III Sinking Account of the Special Assessment Fund, in accordance with the
provisions of this resolution.
SEC. 1. The City Manager and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to take any and all steps necessary to effect the provisions of the
aforegoing resolutions and to make such transfer of funds as may be
necessary from time to time to give effect to the provisions thereof.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
III WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels,

RESOLUTION NO. 19-1963
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID ROADS AND STREETS
IN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is entitled to certain aids and benefits
provided by law in the location, establishment, construction and maintenance
of certain roads and streets in the City of Fridley commonly known as
Municipal State Aid Streets; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that such streets he located and designated
by resolution of the Council of the City of Fridley, and such location and
designation be approved by the State of Minnesota:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVJD by the Council of the City of Fridley
as follows:
1. In accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of
Minnesota applicable thereto, the City of Fridley does hereby locate
in the City of Fridley and establish and designate as Municipal
State Aid Streets, in accordance with the requirements of law, the
following public roads and streets, each of them to be identified by
number as follows:
MUNICIPAL STATE - AID STREET NO. 317 - Jackson Street from 73rd Ave.
N.E. to Osborne Road (County
S.A. #8)
2. That a true and correct copy of this resolution and the location,
designation and numbering of Municipal State Aid Streets in the City
of Fridley as determined by this resolution may and shall be for-
warded by the City Clerk as provided by law to the State of Minnesota;
