A RESOLUTION CERTI7YING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO FE LEVIED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES Fin COLLECTION WITH THE 1963 TAXES
7H7MAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 9,
Block 2, Spring Valley Addition, and,
ir7-777AS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and,
7EREAs, the owner of such prorierty did not abate such nuisance, and
te City of --Pridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota State
Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost of
NO7, THEREFORE E TT RESOTVED, that the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection with
the 1965 taxes, the chares as listed below:

Demolish and Burn shed, Garage & Privy,
and level Jot, 30.00
Haul Trash 12.00

also asks that it include the urban portion of a county,
NOv. T777E7ORE, BE IT RESOLVED PY THE 0-UNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDTEY:
1 . That the City Council endorses the action taken by the Anoka
County library '-oard and urges passage of H.R. 4879.
2. That the City Council of the City of Fridley also subscribes to
the wis12r,s of the Anoka County Library Boar:1, that these matching
funds be available for use in the urban portions of acounty and
sug7ests that this be made a part of said H. . 4879.
