RTSOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS - (SEWER AND WATER PROJECT NO. 61)
WHEREAS, Resolution #112-1963 of the City Council adopted
the 1st day of July, 1963, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically, noted in the Notice of
Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted
in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the
Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required
notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard
thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Reso-
lution #112-1963 are hereby ordered to be effected and com-
pleted as soon as reasonably possible to-wit:
A. All of the imnrovements as follows as noted in the Notice
of Hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A") in
said notice.

improvement.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 15th day of

A RESOLUTION TO THE MEMORY OF ERNEST MADSEN
WHEREAS, Ernest Madsen has given many years of dedicated
service to the City and people of Fridley, both in his capacity
as firmer City Manager and as a citizen of the City, and
WHMEAS, Mr. Madsen's contribution to the development of
the City of Fridley as one of the leading Twin City Suburban
communities is inestimable, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fridley has noted with regret
the death of this distinguished citizen on the 9th day of July,
1963,
