RESOLUTION NO. 185-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OR RELEASE OF MINNESOTA STATE AID
FUNDS FaR PAYYTTT OF CITIES EIPFITSE IN REGARD TO TRUNK HIGHWAYS
694 AND 47 DRAINAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley use $501591.00 of its
reserve of Minnesota State Aid Funds for its share of street improvement
in connection with Trunk Highways 694 and 47, including the construction
of storm sewer facilities.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution serve as a request
for the release of and payment of $501591 .00 of the said Minnesota State
Aid Funds, now held in reserve by the Minnesota State Department of
Hig'oways to the Treasurer of the City of Fridley

RESOLUTION NO. 186-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY AND THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
ST. PAUL
PE IT RESOTATEDI that the Mayor and the Manager of the City of
Fridley be authorized and directed to execute an agreement in behalf
of the City of Fridley with the Board of Water Commissioners of the
City of St. Paul for joint use of the easement of the said Board of
Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul as set forth in the pro-
posed twelve (12) page agreement.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGENCY AGREEMENT fOR RELOCATION OF UTILITIES -
TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 694
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, proposes
to construct Trunk Highway No. 69I within the corporate limits of the
City of Fridley as part of the National System of Interstate Highways, and
WHEREAS, the construction of said Trunk Highway No. 694 will re-
quire the relocation o certain municipality owned utility facilities,
and
WHEREAS, the City is not adequately staffed or equipped to design
and prepare the necessary plans for such utility relocations, to relocate
