A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LOT 10, (PARCEL 1060) AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION ITO. 89
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described
parcels, to-wit: Lot 12, (Parcel 1060), Auditor's Subdivision No. 89,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain
expenditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated to the various
departments of tl7e City's General Government not previously anti-
cipated in the 1963 Budget.
NO-, TH.T,ITREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 2nd day of December,
1963, as follows:
1. Ihat appropriations for the following activities be
reduced as follows:
Emergency Appropriation $ 1,430.00

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PLANS FOR AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY FIRE STATION, ADVERTISING FOR BIDS, AND THE ENTERING INTO
LEASE ARRANGEMENTS WITHTHE FRIDLEY VOLUNTEER FIREMAN'S' RELIEF
ASSOCIATION.
BE TT RESOLVED that the proposed plans prepared by Smiley &
Associates for the addition to the City Fire Station be accepted and
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager be authorized and dir-
ected to advertise for bids for the construction of said addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be directed to
prepare the necessary instruments to permit the erection and con-
struction of said addition by the Fridley Volunteer Firemans' Relief
Association from its funds with a lease of said addition to the City
of Fridley over a period of three years with title to then vest in
the City of Fridley.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, was held at the
City Hall in said City on Monday, December 16, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock
with the following members present: Mayor Nee, Jonanson,
Sheridan, Wolke; The following members absent: Brook
Member Wolke, introduced the following resolution and moved
