A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS TO ACT AS AGENT OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY IN RELOCATION OF UTILITIES - SP 0285-03 AND SP
0285-12 (694) AGREEMENT 53837
BE IT R7,SOLVED, that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes,
To appoint the Commissioner of Highways to act as the agent of
the City in the r-location of City owned water mains, sanitary
sewers and app rtenances thereto as necessitated by Trunk High-
way 694 construction; and to authorize said Commissioner to pay
the State's contractor directly for said utility relocation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSE 7 AND ADOPTED THIS 16TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1963 BY THE

A 7ESOLUTION TRANSFERRING OF CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain
expenditures beyond the budgeted amounts allocated to the various
departments of the City's General Government not previously anti-
cipated in the 1963 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 16th day of December,
1963, as follows:
1. That the appropriations for the following activities be re-
duced as follows:
Clerk-Treasurer 600soo
Police 1,500.00
Traffic Signs and Signals 3,900.00
Storm Sewers
TOTAL $ 12,235.00
