HRA RES 1995-12 19 HRA RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 1995 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SALE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND TOLLEFSON HOMES, INC. WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley (the "HRA") has developed a program to acquire and demolish dilapidated, substandard and unsafe homes to help eliminate neighborhood blight and provide opportunities for new homes to be built; and WHEREAS, the HRA has acquired and cleared certain properties which are identified in Exhibit A of this resolution; and WHEREAS, the HRA has agreed to sell these properties to Tollefson Homes, Inc. under the terms and conditions of a Sale and Development Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the HRA hereby authorizes the execution of a Sale and Development Agreement by and between the HRA and Tollefson Homes, Inc. and that the Chairman and Executive Director of the HRA are authorized to sign any necessary documents.
