AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. To vacate the East 10 feet, except the Southerly 5 feet, of a
utility easement located on Lot 9, Block 4, Ostman's Third
Addition, generally located at 60 - 70th Way N.E.
All lying in the South Half of Section 10, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated subject to the stipulations adopted at
the City Council meeting of January 8, 1996.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
