09/16/1974 CB�� THE MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING MEETING OF THE FRIDLEY CITY COUNCIL OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1974 The Public Hearing Meet�ng of the Frid7ey City Counci7 of 3eptember 76, 7974 was called to order at 7:34 P, M, by Mayor Liebl. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Liebl, Councilman Utter, Councilman Nee, Councilman � Breider, and Councilman StarwaTt. MEMBERS ABSENT: None. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Mayor Liebl said he would like to add the letter sent by the American Legion Post #303 concerning the Armory proposal in Fridley, and also the communication from Mr. LuBratt concerning the construction at Woodcrest Baptist Church. MOTION by Councilman Utter to adopt the agenda as amended with the above mentioned additions. Seconded by Counc�7man Starwalt.
