Street Lighting AGREEMENT OF ASS ESS TENT AND WAIVER OF IRREGULARITY AND APPEAL This agreement is made this %1 _ day of fret c:»1..-, 1987, between the City of Fridley, State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Dr. Wayne E. Dahl of 177 Hartman Circle N.E. , Fridley, Minnesota hereinafter referred to as the "Owner". The Owner agrees to pay special assessments to the City in an amount not to exceed six thousand nine hundred sixty-six dollars ($6.966.00) which shall be charged against the property described as Parcel 2570, the same being 7699 Viron Read N.E. The purpose of this assessment is for the construction of uniform street lighting. The payment of this assessment shall be over a period of 10 years with interest at nine percent 9% per annum. Payments under this assessment shall begin in the year 19 The Owner expressly waives objection to any irregularity with regard to the said improvement assessment and any claim that the amount levied thereon against the Owner's property is excesive together with waiving any and all rights to appeal in the Courts as provided under Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081.
