Two Tally Books and Returns must be made out and signed by all the Judges and attested by the Clerks, one to be filed with
the proper Town, Village or City Clerk, at the close of the election, and one to be delivered to the County Auditor. Two sum•
mary statements of the returns must be at the same time signed by all of the Judges and Clerks and one of the summary state-
ments filed with the Clerk, the other with the County Auditor, for immediate public inspection, at the same time the returns for
