Shall the Constitution of the State of Minnesota be amended by including a consoli-
dated article on public highways, establishing and continuing the trunk highway system
which is to be constructed and maintained by the state, authorizing the issuance of bonds
for trunk highway purposes; authorizing the state,to aid in the construction and mainten- Yes-r 77,
