D. The ordinance entitled No. Ordinance No. 496 - An ordinance granting a
franchise to General Television of Minnesota, Incorporated, successors
and assigns, to operate and maintain a community television system in
the city setting forth conditions accompanying the grant of franchise;
providing for the regulation and use of the community television system;
and prescribing penalties for the violation of its provisions, and
codifying said ordiance as Chapter 10 of the Fridley City Code is declared
to have been reaffirmed by the majority of electors voting thereon and
is declared to be effective immediately.
E. The vote on the Sunday Liquor Sales Referendum is declared to have been
in the affirmative.
