Shall the Fridley City Charter be amended to hold city
elections every two[2]years,concurrent with state general
YES elections,instead of every year;and shall the terms of office
of the Mayor and City Council members become four [4]
years commencing in 1991 to comply with the above election
schedule, instead of the current three [3] year terms; and
NO shall the terms of office of the Mayor and City Council
members be staggered so that no more than three [3] are
elected in any year.
