should complete that information before going any further. You may also wish to go through each screen and double check
your entries.

After clicking on the "Create File to Submit" button, a file named "Renamecity.csv" is created. It is located in the
"C:\State Auditor\2004 GAAP City Reporting Program" folder. Locate and rename the "Renamecity.csv" file to your city's name an
submit it to the State Auditor's Office. You can either email this file togid @auditor.state.mn.us or copy it to a diskette and mail to:
Office of the State Auditor, Governmental Information Division, 525 Park Street, Suite 500, St. Paul, MN 55103.
Please Note: The 2004 GAAP City Reporting Program on your computer replaces the paper form you submitted in the past. We
recommend that you keep the program on your computer until the "Big Book of Cities"' report is issued in late 2005. It is also
important to keep a copy of the installation program and the data files for your records in compliance with your city's record
retention requirements. You can back-up your data files to diskettes, another folder, or a network folder by clicking on the back-up
