ADT,Al Carlson 612-328-6728 Contractor shall be familiar with this review document and contents prior to initiation of work. The conditions contained herein shall be considered as requirements for the proposed project A written response or additional documents may be necessary and are due prior to initiation of the Final Inspection and approval for issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy or Fire Departrnent pernut completion.You may contact the Office of the Fire Marshal at(763) 572-3621 for additional information. 1. All devices shall be fully compatible with existing system components. Systems and their components shall also be listed and approved for the proposed purpose in the existing system. (2007 MSFC 907.1.2) 2. Monitoring agency shall report fire alarm incidents to the Fridley Fire Department's dispatch center,Anoka County Central Communications, at (763) 427-1212. 3. Fina1 inspection and testing of the installed system and monitoring signal generation shall be conducted in accordance with provisions of 2007 MSFC 907.17,907.18 and 2002 NFPA Standard 72 and witnessed by the Fire Marshal. Contractor shall contact this office to arrange the witnessed testing and inspection. 4. Contractor shall arrange for Cent;ral station monitoring agency to provide a list of signals which it receives during witnessed testing and inspection. When permitted work, inspection and testing is completed,contractor shall provide the Fire Marshal's office with a Certificate of Completion required by 2007 MSFC 907.18 and 2002 NFPA Standard 72 verifying that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and speci£ications.
