To vacate that part of Broad Avenue lying north of the westerly extension of the southeast line of Lot 26, Block C, Riverview Heights, and lying southerly of the westerly extension of the northwest line of said Lot 26, Block C, Riverview Heights, generally located north of Lafayette Street and south of Mississippi Boulevard. All lying in the North Half of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota. Be and is hereby vacated. SECTION 2.
