A recent systematic code enforcement inspection of your neighborhood and property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. The following item does not comply with the City Code: • Fridley City Code exterior storage requirements state that nothing shall be stored in the front yard. All materials shall be kept in a building so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way, except for stacked firewood, boats, and trailers placed in the side yard. A recent inspection revealed a camper topper on blocks in the side yard. We understand that you may have been unaware of this requirement. Correcting this situation will greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after May 28, 1997.
