A recent systematic code enforcement inspection of your neighborhood and property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. The following item does not comply with the City Code: Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured 32 -gallon containers with tight -fitting lids stored in the side yard (screened from view), rear yard, or garage, except on the day of collection when the containers may be placed up to 3 feet from the front of the garage. A recent inspection revealed two visible refuse containers. We understand that you may have been unaware of these requirements.
