Fridley, MN 55432 RE: Noncompliance of Fridley City Code 105 (Weeds) on the Following Property: Location: 161 Liberty Street N.E. Legal Description: Lots 7-8, Block 12, Springbrook Park Property I.D. No.: 03-30-24-42-0099 Dear Property Owners: Fridley City Code 105 (copy enclosed) states that it is unlawful to maintain land in the City upon which weeds, grass, or rank vegetation exceeds ten (10) inches in height; or other noxious growth exists as outlined in the ordinance. This was enacted to protect the health and safety of the community and its residents. A recent inspection of the above referenced property revealed conditions which are not in compliance with this ordinance.
