property seems to have an improper grade, in that water always collects into a fairly deep
puddle in front of the mailbox.
My wife has called the City to inform you of this situation, but we have not heard any
response. I would like to see the condition corrected, because it appears that the area in
front of our house is the only area on the street where the water collects to the degree
where a deep puddle develops.
