(b) Remove and replace sheetrock and any damaged insulation.
(c) Re -frame west wall - Replace charred or weakened plates.
(d,) Replace tile floor, door frame and trim to kitchen and all
damaged woodwork.
3. Living Room
(a) Replace sheetrock or laminate new ceiling - check insulation.
(b) Replace or repair sheetrock walls and all woodwork damaged by
smoke or water.
(c) Replace tile floor and refit front door and frame.
