Dear Mr. Sweeney: It was brought to the City's attention and verified by an on site inspection on January 13, 1978 that there existed on the above listed property a junked, street inoperable vehicle (a 1964 Ford Falcon with License #DF 9142) an engine, tires, car frame parts, bedsprings, and other miscellaneous refuse in violation of the City ordinances. Section 123, Junked Vehicles, of the City Code requires that all vehicles be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An alternative is to store said vehicle inside a garage or at a licensed facility, e.g. a junk yard. Also the storage of the engine, tires, car frame parts and miscellaneous debris and refuse is a violation of Section 113, Refuse Disposal and must be removed and disposed of at an approved site, e.g. licensed junk yard or sanitary landfill, etc. A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date of this letter to determine compliance.
