RE: Water Complaint, 990 Lynde Drive
I inspected the property at 990 Lynde Drive relative to complaints
received on water in the lower level. On the date of my inspection,
April 29, there was clear evidence of water infiltration into the
lower level. This was noticeable in the laundry room and also the
corridors.
Rsearch of the Rental Property Code does not indicate that the code
addresses this problem. There is, however, language in Chapter
205.09.7, Sections E and G, that appear to address water problems.
This complaint should be handled by code enforcement.
