Staff understands that Harold McKinley of 1010 Lynde Drive recently contacted you, and
expressed concern regarding rats relocating to adjacent properties from the townhouse site. Siah
St. Clair discussed this matter with W. McKinley, and advised him that rats do not normally live
in the ground, but rather they commonly find homes m -locations_ such as sewer pipes and
abandoned buildings. Mr. McKinley believes that .rats became a problem for him in 1980 as a
result of grading involved, s th the d4atiq4VIad in this area, and he wanted it known that he will
