On July 1, 1990, the City of Fridley began a new program called Systematic Code
Enforcement. This program is designed to provide fair and equitable code
enfor mwnt, improve the City's . appearance, arra mai_ztz n property values11
creating a more attractive suburban ernvircrment. Under this program,
properties in the City will be inspected approadmately cme each year to ensure
that they are in compliance with the Fridley City Code.
A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Oode requirements are
presently being met. Listed below are items) which do not early with the Code:
1. Observed unsecured solid waste cantainers in driveway area. Fridley City
Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in se= -ed om*ainers
stored in the side yard, rear yard, or garage, exoept on the collection
date.
2. Discontinue outside storage of snowmobile located in driveway area.
3. Observed vehicle (IXY243) with expired registration parked in driveway
area. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable, or stored in an enclosed stricture.
Your prompt attention in correcting this problem would help us in our effort to
improve the City. A reinspection will be carducted on or about August 23, 1990,
