Subject: Filling in Drainage and Utility Easement
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Schreiber:
It has come to our attention that you have done landscaping and filling in your backyard that
has infringed on a public drainage and utility easement along your easterly and southerly
property lines. I have attached the lot survey on file for your property showing these easements.
The easements are placed on these lots to allow for the continuation of the natural drainage
of the area as a whole.
You will need to remove this excess soil and regrade the yard to eliminate this infringement in
the spring once the ground has thawed. Please complete this work by June 1, 2006 and
contact us for a final inspection.
