On September 15, 1987 it was oonfiumed by an on-site inspection that you are
maintaining an unlicensed, orange TR7, plate number RJM-962; and one burgundy
sportscar, no plates or make or model labels designated on the car.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the City
be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An alternate is to
store said vehicle within a building or at an approved location, e.g. a
licensed junk yard.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from this
property or bring it into compliance with the City Code by either licensing
and putting the vehicle in a street operable condition, placing it within the
confines of a building, or removing it to an approved location.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about October 5, 1987 to determine
compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and desire to make Fridley
a better community to live in. If any questions or problems result from this

Dear Mr. Boyda:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 7593 Lyric Lane N.E. revealed that
not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Observed vehicle (FFG -187) with expired registration. Fridley
City Code 123 requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable, or stored in an enclosed
structure, or removed from the property.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about May 22, 1989, to determine
compliance.

Dear Mr. Boyda:
On June 19, 1989, a final inspection of the property at 7593 Lyric
Lane N.E. confirmed that the following item still does not comply
with City Code:
1. Observed vehicle (FFG -187) with expired registration. Fridley
City Code .123 requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable, or stored in an enclosed
structure, or removed from the property.
An inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or about
July 10, 1989. You should arrange to complete an approved plan for
compliance before that date. Should this inspection confirm that
this deficiency still exits, legal action will be approved. If
corrective action cannot be completed by this time, contact me to
coordinate a schedule to complete this requirement.
