I made an inspection of your lot today and found that the landscaping
along the side lot lines has not been completed as required by the
stipulations on your building permit. We have been very patient in
this regard and we had hoped you would have it completed by early fall.
In order to assure completion this fall, we hereby require that the
side yards be landscaped and sodded within 10 days from receipt of
this letter.
Failure to comply will result in the issuance of a citation for
