Item one of our November 2, 1978 letter is only partially satisfied. You still must construct a small retaining wall between the existing retaining wall and the garage at 6034 McKinley Street. Item two is completion of the final grading as per the previously approved plan. It is very essential that these two items be completed as soon as possible and certainly not later than May 1, 1979.
