A final inspection was made on October 24, 1977 of the above address and
the following items were noted which must be completed before the structure
can be finaled out;
1. Provide house numbers on structure.
2. Install sod in the front and side yards.
3. Install door closer on door to garage.
4. Install joist hangers on fireplace header and on joists next to fireplace.
S. Block between studs in lower walls which are unfinished.
6. Remove debris from ash trap and move ash clean out to basement wall
below fireplace near floor.
We will expect the above items to be completed by November 11, 1977 when a
reinspection will be made to determine compliance. If you have any questions
