Dear Ms. Fossum:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 6621 McKinley Street N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable or stored in an enclosed
structure. I observed two vehicles parked on the property
which do not meet these requirements.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about August 12, 1991, to
determine compliance.

Dear Ms. Fossum:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 6621 McKinley Street N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Observed unsecured solid waste located near garage. Fridley
City Code 113 requires that all solid waste must be kept in
secured containers stored in the side yard, rear yard, or
garage. In addition, solid waste collection must occur at
least once each week.
2. Discontinue outside storage of tires and other assorted
materials located near garage.
3. Observed vehicle (692-EFY) with expired registration parked
in driveway. Fridley City Code 123 requires that all vehicles
must be currently licensed and street operable, or stored in
an enclosed structure.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about February 18, 1991, to
determine compliance.
