Gentlemen: On January 15, 1974, the Parks and Recreation.Department of Fridley City Hall, received a phone call from Mrs. Jack Nesheim, in respect to a dangerous situation which now exists with a dead tree located on property owned by Doug Lenz, 7455 McKinley Street N.E. According to Mrs. Nesheim, their mortgage holder, Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association, has asked that the City be advised of this problem, for liability reasons. It is the hope of the City, that the two property owners can get together and resolve this dangerous situation. Enclosed, please find a copy of the City Ordinance, regarding trees.
