You now have three houses tat are all completed and people have been moved in. These houses are 7572 McKinley Street, 7585 McKinley Street, and 7581 Lakeside Road. All three of these do not have nuts and washers on the anchor bolts. if these corrections are not made by August 23, 1976, the City will assess you a reinspection fee of $10.00 per location in addition to giving you a violation of failing to comply with a written notice in addition to a violation of the Building Code. You have also been rather lax in your remembering to call us for final inspections on your homes prior to your buyers moving in. I can see no reason for this practice: Please, from this day forth, call us for these necessary final inspections.
