The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in the manner herein provided to -wit: UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: Type 1, 2 & 4 - $2.15 for each one thousand cubic feet, -or fraction thereof, in such cubical contents. You now have three houses that are all completedd people have been moved in. These houses are 7572 McKinley Street, 7585 McKinley Street, and 7581 Lakeside Road. All three of these do not.have nuts and washers on the anchor bolts. If these corrections are not made by August 23, 1976, the City will assess you a reinspection fee of $10.00 per location in addition to giving you a violation of failing to comply with a written notice in addition to a violation of the Building Code. You have also been rather lax in your remembering to call us for final inspections on your homes prior to your buyers moving in. I can see no reason for this practice. Please, from this day forth, call us for these necessary final inspections.
