Said section requires that ..."Containers shall be placed in the rear of the premises, or may be placed in the side yard setback if screened so as to be out of view from the street and from adjacent properties or in a garage located on the premises. In no event shall container be placed next to the street or curb." The aforementioned inspection found three garbage containers placed on the boulevard. Therefore, this department must require that these containers be removed from this area and placed in accordance with the above section.
