Dear Mr. Pikus: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. The following items do not comply with the City Code: • Please discontinue the improper outside storage of items including, but limited to, boxes of material, lawn tools, shovels, tires, pallets, a snowmobile, awnings, ladders, and fluorescent bulbs.
