A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. The following items do not comply with the City Code: • Fridley City Code requires all fences to be maintained in a reasonable state of repair. Please inspect and secure or remove the dilapidated fence sections near the patio in your rear yard area. • Fridley City Code requires all solid waste containers to be secured with tight -fitting lids and placed only in front of the garage and not at the curb on the day of collection. I observed an unsecured solid waste container with no lid placed improperly at the curb. Fridley City Code requires all grass, weeds, and rank vegetation to be cut if they reach an average height of 10 inches or more. Although no violation was observed, please trim volunteer shrubbery and weed growth along the driveway and continue with a regular mowing/maintenance routine. We understand that you may have been unaware of these requirements. Correcting these situations will greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after May 14, 1997. Please have your property in compliance at that time.
