Dear Mr. Gazda:
It was confirmed by an on-site inspection on January 13, 1982 that
you were maintaining a black, 1971 Buick, with expired Minnesota
license #AIZ 300, on the above listed property -in a junked, street
inoperable condition.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in
the City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition.
An alternative is to store said vehicles within a building or at an
approved location, e.g. a licensed junk yard.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from
this property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by
either licensing and putting the vehicle in a street operable condi-
tion, placing it within the confines of a building, or removing it
to an approved location.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about January 29, 1982, to
determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and de-
sire to make Fridley a better community to live in. If any questions
or problems result from this letter, please feel free to contact me
at 571-3450.
Failure to abate this violation may result in this matter being turn-
ed over to the City Prosecutor for his legal consideration.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hurst:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 5961 Main Street N.E. revealed that
not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable, or stored in an enclosed
structure. I observed a vehicle (MZU-095) parked in driveway
which is not in full compliance with these restrictions.
2. Discontinue outside storage of mattresses, appliances, and
assorted wood in and near the driveway and garage areas.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An

A final inspection to determine compliance will be conducted on or

Fridley City Code Chapter 128 (copy enclosed) has established a procedure
for abatement of certain exterior public nuisances. This allows the City
to remove from private property those items defined as exterior public
nuisances (128.02) in accordance with the provisions outlined in this
chapter.
A recent inspection of your property at 5961 Main Street N.E. revealed

3. Apply (in writing) to the Community Development Director for
