Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An alternative is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved location, e.g. a licensed junk yard. Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from this property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by either licensing and putting the vehicle in a street operable condi- tion, placing it within the confines of a building, or removing it to an approved location.
